Michael is the only tech I have ever dealt with and every interaction has been professional, kind, and fair. He has repaired our washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven (multiple times) and has even offered advice when it was finally time to replace an appliance. We have had him into our home multiple times over the last four years (due to shoddy appliances- not his previous repair jobs) and I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point.
When moving I layed my front loading washing machine on it's side. It wouldn't work once installed and my appliance salesman uncle told me the $1600 washer was a total loss! I called these guys for a second opinion and they had it fixed and running in a week for $300!
